EliteRomLite HyperOS 3.0 A16 releases changelogs:

EliteRomLite v4.00:
- Base updated to latest mentioned rom
- Multilanguage rom, added all languages systemwide
- iOS Styled recents option added in Launcher settings
- CTS available, it is on by default and is set to long press home button
- Launcher is fully google/HyperOS supported like OS2
- Lock refresh rate option added, you can keep same refresh rate on all apps now
- Screenshots can be taken in restricted apps like banking apps etc
- Super icons unlocked
- Premium Appvault widgets unlocked for free
- Colored notification icons option added
- Extended power menu added with switch to turn on/off
- Max icons in dock option added in launcher menu
- Added upto 7 notifications icons to show on statusbar
- Power menu under keyguard option added
- Spoofs for BGMI, PUBG, CODM, Freefire and many more games! all updated with max fps
- Google photos unlimited with option to turn on/off
- Enabled MIUI 11 styled control center (i like this myself)
- Turn off notifications even for system apps 
- Wallpaper carousal options enabled too
- Mi Account on top or bottom option added
- Storage tab is default view in File Manager
- Gallery and Gallery editor with all plugins etc added
- Downgraded minimum signatures v2 requirement to v1 atleast for modded apps
- Disabled cloud control and local sync for joyose app, apps should keep 120hz now
- Added charging animations of Flow and Wave type
- Themes server chooser added, Enjoy Global/China/Indo/Russian all servers
- More apps support added for bubbles notifs
- Set balanced or Fast animations for launcher by default
- Added options to show all system apps in autostart list also so u can turn it off for system apps too
- Variable MiSans font switch added in developers options
- Removed some useless vowifi/wifi calling tiles
- Updated interconnectivity apps to latest for both Weekly and Global releases
- Advanced textures forcefully enabled on all devices
- Brightness lowering issue solved, it wont get low in gaming etc
- Fix: No need to run adb commands after each dirty flash update
